Ms. Pat's Smothered Pork Chops

The kitchen came alive with the smell of sauteed onions when my momma was cookin' her famous smothered pork chops.  It was one of her favorite dishes to cook and now it is my all-time favorite too!  I cook this at least once a week.  The meat falls off the bone and is smothered in Cajun flavor.  This recipe is sure to become one of your household favorites too Sha!
