Pat's Famous Etouffee Recipe

This is no traditional étouffée!  I took my ancestors' base and invigorated it with a twist of convenience and spice.  This creamy étouffée is packed with the Southwest Louisiana kick and ingredients that are commonly found in pantries across the country making it extremely easy and accessible to almost anyone.
